VKR Holding acquires full ownership of EXHAUSTO
In autumn 2010 VKR Holding added to its activities within ventilation and indoor climate by acquiring 70% of the shares in the Danish ventilation company EXHAUSTO, which has been integrated in the Ventilation and indoor climate business area.
According to a new agreement between the seller of EXHAUSTO, Peter Hermansen, and VKR Holding, full ownership will pass to VKR Holding as at 1 September 2011.
